Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar , located in Downtown Los Angeles is the latest concept from Innovative Dining Group (IDG),the creators of BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku, Katana, Robata Bar, and Delphine at W Hollywood. At Soleto, IDG redefined the classic trattoria with a vibrant 3,500-square-foot space designed by Studio Collective. Innovative Dining Group (IDG) introduces its newest dining tradition: the Italian pizzeria with the opening of Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar, their first concept in downtown Los Angeles. Located at the intersection of Figueroa and 8th Street, Soleto adds depth to IDG’s restaurant portfolio, which includes Sushi Roku, BOA Steakhouse, Katana, Robata Bar, and Delphine. With a dramatic design by Studio Collective (the designers behind Hyde, Hotel Roosevelt’s Public Kitchen & Bar), the 3,500-square-foot interior space features oversize windows overlooking Figueroa, original tile work brick throughout with touches of patina’d steel and metals. A 360-degree central bar handcrafted from reclaimed hickory, seating 30 patrons, is illuminated by a handmade chevron-shaped sculptural chandelier hanging from the soaring 20-foot ceiling. The lushly landscaped, 1,100-square-foot garden patio is nestled amid downtown skyscrapers and offers an idyllic respite for diners seeking a comfortable spot for lunch or dinner. Soleto is located at 801 S. Figueroa St., in Los Angeles and is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. daily Monday through Friday and 5 p.m.-11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Valet parking is available on 8th Street.
