Ingredients:
1 green apple
2 cups spinach
2 cups kale leaves
0.5 cucumber
4 celery stalks
½ lemon

Directions:

Wash all produce well.

Peel lemon (optional).

Cut produce to fit into the hopper.

Juice in an Omega juicer.

Pour over Ice. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

A half dozen apples – Gala or Empire apples are recommended

Directions:

Wash and core the apples.

Cut the apple into ¼” to 3/8” slices or rings; discard any bruised portions.

Using an Excalibur Dehydrator, dry at 135◦F/57◦C. Approximately 7-9 hours. (Humidity of location will determine time for dehydrating.)

For a sweeter flavor, sprinkle the slices with sugar and cinnamon prior to drying.

NOTE: Dehydrated apples lend themselves particularly well for use in a variety of baked goods such as pies, tea breads, and cookies.

2 apples
2 carrots
1 beet
1 ginger root

Directions:

Wash all produce well.

Cut produce to fit into the hopper.

Juice in an Omega juicer.
