Quick Food vs. Fast Food: 30-Minute Meals for Families

869Fast, quick, simple, easy, and hassle-free are words that every busy mom or dad wants to hear when it comes to feeding the family. With our modern, fast-paced, multi-faceted lives, who has time to spend in the kitchen making nutritious meals? It’s just as easy to order in a pizza or stop by the local burger joint, right? Yet you can’t shake that nagging voice that tells you you should be feeding the family healthy food. Sound familiar?

Well, fret no more. Busy mom of five, author Shauna Evans, knows your dilemma and has created the perfect solution: 30-Minute Meals for Families, a cookbook of over 90 nutritionally balanced meals that all take 30 minutes or less to prepare. Now family meals can be more about spending time together, instead of slaving over a hot stove. And not only will you have more bonding time, you will also have the peace of mind of feeding your loved ones good-for-you food that tastes great too!

Whether it’s breakfast, salads, sandwiches, soups, casseroles, pastas, chicken, beef, or fish, Shauna has a recipe that will suit your schedule, budget, and your taste buds!
