SALUTE is set to open this September

Chef Luciano SauttoClique Hospitality introduces its latest venture, Salute, set to open early this September at the newly renovated Red Rock Resort & Casino.

Away from the bustling Las Vegas strip, one can find a traditional Italian restaurant in the suburb of Summerlin. Executive Chef Luciano Sautto has taken only the most cherished and flavorful Italian dishes that have stood the test of time and incorporated them into the menu. Sautto brings from Italy a youthful, yet seasoned and steady hand to Salute, which is undoubtedly noted in the exquisite menu.

Chicken PiccataThe decor, however, will be as beautiful and detail-oriented as the food. Upon entering, guests will walk through a main entrance made of imported Italian marble which will lead to a warm, inviting dining room. Guests can indulge in the mouth-watering Ossobucco Ravioli or the rich Truffle Tagliatelle or try an item from the all-encompassing antipasto bar. The bar stands to fill the 4,000 square foot room where among other classic Italian mainstays, will feature braised meats, an array of fresh seafood, a selection of vegetarian choices and other Italian specialties.
