1 oz apple juice

.75 oz simple syrup

.75 oz lemon juice

2 oz infused Mezcal

Shake and strain

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: 2 pieces of apple, with grated cinnamon and an anise star

 

Recipe for Mezcal infusion:

For every 750 ml of Mezcal, add:

3 cinnamon sticks

8 pieces of clove

3 anise stars

And three gala apples ( each cut into 8 slices) Let everything steep for 2 days, then strain using a chinois strainer and bottle.
