The new Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour (MSRP $13.99/16-ounce bag and $25.99/32-ounce bag) is a paleo-friendly flour made from a blend of almond flour, arrowroot starch, coconut flour and tapioca flour. Each serving offers four grams of protein and only 10 grams of net carbs.
