50 Eggs Cracks Open New Concepts & Restaurants in 2016 and 2017

John Kunkel50 Eggs opened its third Spring Chicken concept on Miami’s South Beach. (The first opened in Coral Gables in January 2016 and the second in Fort Lauderdale in June 2016.) 50 Eggs will open a fourth Spring Chicken concept, with an adjacent bourbon bar, in the Miami Airport before the end of the year. So, four Spring Chicken outlets within one year. The brand is set to continue Florida expansion in 2017 with locations in Aventura, Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines and Plantation.

50 Eggs will also open its first international restaurant and third Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, early next year in Singapore. 50 Eggs has one Yardbird in Las Vegas in addition to the Miami original. Kunkel is looking to expand the Yardbird concept over the next several years with locations in Beverly Hills, London, New York and Washington, D.C. They are also opening a new Latin concept, Chica, in Las Vegas in Spring 2017. On top of it all, Kunkel is looking to add a second location of the popular Coral Gables restaurant, Swine Southern Table & Bar, to the 50 Eggs family.
