Famed Zingerman’s Delicatessen of Ann Arbor, MI to Take Over The Ruin Daily, May 19 & 20

During this exciting two-day pop-up extravaganza, the Michigan sandwich haven will fully take over The Ruin Daily, Chicago’s quirky day bar and deli, giving die-hard Zingerman’s fans and novices alike the chance to sink their teeth into the savory action while it lasts. Together with The Ruin Daily’s team of sandwich superstars, the celebrated Ann Arbor eatery will present selections from its famed menu of 133 mouth-watering choices constructed using Zingerman’s premier ingredients including housemade breads twice-baked for extra-crispy crusts, scrumptious cheeses, organic veggies, perfectly seasoned meats and more, along with an array of its signature sweets and sides.

WHAT: Slinging some of the top sandos in the country since 1982 and often considered one of the most famous eateries in the state of Michigan, Zingerman’s Delicatessen is consistently ranked among the world’s best sandwich spots. Praised by INC Magazine, the Harvard Business Review and MSNBC for their immensely successful business model, Zingerman’s co-founders Paul Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig routinely share their unique approach with other operators through leadership development and management training seminars.

THE SANDWICHES: Look forward to time-honored Zingerman’s classics such as the #2 Zingerman’s Reuben made with corned beef, Swiss Emmental cheese, Brinery sauerkraut and Russian dressing on Jewish rye bread and the #36 Lila & Izzie’s Skokie Skidoo made with Swiss Emmental cheese, coleslaw and lots of Russian dressing on grilled farm bread.
