White Truffle Menu at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano at The Venetian Resort
Fall is the most wonderful time of the year for Matteo Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana, partners at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The longtime friends, both from Italy and both born in the month November, celebrate the season with their favorite flavors of fall, like pumpkin, root vegetables, deep flavors and the most luxurious of them all, the desirable white truffles. Harvested in November, Chef Angelo hand picks the white truffles from Italy’s most respected exporters Sabatino Tartufi and creates an evening to remember. From November through December 31, guests can choose between the all-white truffle dinner experience or order à la carte. Truffles taste best when served with a perfect bottle of Barolo from Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano’s extensive wine list.

Holiday Dinner Menu at Majordōmo Meat & Fish by David Chang
Chef David Chang always envisioned Majordōmo Meat & Fish to be the pinnacle of “celebratory dining.” Consequently, the chef is kicking off the holidays early with a Thanksgiving menu to celebrate. Diners can expect twists on seasonal favorites in true David Chang style, like truffle macaroni and sweet potato pie. Other menu choices include king crab featured in the seafood plateau, plus Sichuan peppercorn black bean striped bass, and smoked prime rib. This special menu will be available November 19 through December 28.
