Ben’s Soft Pretzels Salutes Veterans, raises $30K for Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund

Ben’s Soft Pretzels, the nation’s fastest growing pretzel franchise, celebrated Veteran’s Day in a patriotic way at their headquarters in Goshen, Indiana.  Besides having free pretzels for veterans, the pretzel bakery recently held a VIP party on Veteran’s Day (November 11) for three selected veterans at their corporate headquarters in Goshen, Indiana. The veterans honored Charlie Pomeroy, Tyler Manly and Larry Watson enjoyed dinner, prizes, and learn the fine art of pretzel rolling with their families. These veterans were nominated via social media.

“Veterans and our nation’s military are two causes very close to our heart,” said Scott Jones, CEO of Ben’s Soft Pretzels. “We are always looking for ways to give back to our nation’s heroes and one way we do that is a partnership with the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

To date, Ben’s Soft Pretzels and their more than 50 bakeries raised more than $30,000 for their military nonprofit of choice, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

“Veterans have done so much for our country and we want to give back in any way we can.  The men and women who have served our country fearlessly are true heroes to whom we owe so much gratitude,” said Jillian Koeneman, Vice President of Marketing at Ben’s Soft Pretzels.
