These eleven new models have been redesigned with value engineered technology that keeps food at ideal temperature in the rail and the cabinet while requiring less labor and maintenance. Technologies like Night/Day mode can help lower costs and energy consumption and make operations even more sustainable. With these new pizza prep table capabilities, restaurant owners now have a whole new way of thinking about their operation.

New features include:

• Night/Day mode – when the lid is open, set point drops to keep food cool in the rail. When the lid is closed, set point returns to normal so food can stay in rail overnight without freezing
• Dual controller system – for ideal temperature in both the rail and cabinet, adjustable for every operation
• Optimal airflow in rail – back to front airflow surrounds each pan for consistent cooling
• Removable air filter – easy cleaning and better operation

 

Hoshizaki’s newest additions to our specialty ice line-up is just what bartenders have been longing for. Clear and hard, the 2by2 cube, 1by1 square cube, and 1.8″ sphere provide superior chilling ability and minimal dilution of specialty cocktails or straight spirits like bourbon or scotch. Now bar owners, restaurants, and hotels can have dramatic ice at a reasonable cost, eliminating expensive vendor-made ice and house-made cubes frozen in molds. Perfect for both preparation and presentation, the 2by2 cube, 1” square cube, and sphere ice create stunning cocktails with ice as the perfect garnish.
