With May fast approaching, Regatta Craft Mixers has teamed up with some amazingly inspired Instagram bartenders to create cocktails that perfectly celebrate three of the month’s most favorite events – Kentucky Derby, Cinco de Mayo and Mother’s Day. Mix up and serve these delicious cocktails and let the celebrations begin!
Kentucky Buck – a more refreshingly delicious alternative to the Mint Julep
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
¾ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 strawberry
Dash of angostura bitters
3 oz. Regatta Ginger Ale
Add the simple syrup and strawberry to a shaker. Muddle then add bourbon, lemon juice and angostura bitters. Shake and strain into highball glass and top with Regatta Ginger Ale. Garnish with strawberry or lemon slice
Ginger Margarita – a ginger-spiced take on Cinco’s favorite indulgence
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. tequila
¾ oz. lime juice
Agave syrup or simple syrup to taste
3 oz. Regatta Ginger Beer
Add the tequila, lime juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a salt rimmed serving glass over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel
Garden Rose Gin & Tonic – a gorgeous cocktail Mom is sure to love!
Ingredients:
2 oz. Malfy Gin Con Arancia
½ oz. @ royalrosee Rose Simple Syrup
3 oz. Regatta Dry Citrus Tonic
Combine gin and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake 10 seconds and strain into a goblet over ice. Top with Dry Citrus Tonic. Garnish with juniper berries, dehydrated blood oranges, fresh lime wheels and a garden rose
