Kitchen at Cobble Hill Brooklyn

Kitchen’s menu was created with Chef Dan Nistorescu (with over 20 years of cooking experience), featuring creative takes on Mediterranean & Aegean favorites from Greece, Turkey and Israel. Cocktails are created by mixologist Pablo Aiguilar, who has been on the map for 15 years in top NYC restaurants of Tribeca, Soho, Meatpacking, and Upper West/East Sides.

Kitchen’s roots extend into the neighborhood, fostering a sense of community through buying and supporting locals. Meats are sourced from Paisanos, flowers from Edelweiss, wedding cakes from Mia’s Bakery, and everything in between at Sahadi’s and Union Market.

The goal of Kitchen is to create a place for everyone to relax and take a break, whether you’re a couple on a romantic date or a group of ladies looking for a perfect place to have brunch. Kitchen is famous for the burgers, potato latkes, cronut and pancake, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower, but their mezze platter has been gaining popularity by the day. Signature “The Purple” is a local favorite- a tequila cocktail infused with pea flowers to give it a sassy look and vibrant taste. Their Espresso Martinis (aka Liquid Desert) and “Not Too Old,” a personal take on an old fashioned, are decadent complements to their fresh and delicious plates.
