Meliá Orlando Celebration has launched the new SASA Sushi Garden Restaurant, offering a culinary trip throughout Asia with traditional Asian Street Food.
The innovative restaurant concept features a pop up, casual, street flare highlighting signature Asian flavors. Sushi Chef Roel Ambriz and Executive Chef Alex Cabrera prepare signature and classic sushi rolls, california roll, poke bowls, miso soup, roasted pork belly, avocado cucumber sashimi, sasa roll, salads, spicy tuna roll, salmon roll, salmon tuna ,Shrimp tempura, sushi rice, crabmeat inside topped w/ cooked shrimp and eel sauce and authentic Asian street foods along with an offering of sake, wine beer and other traditional drinks. With benches, tables, walk up sushi bar and stools, SASA Sushi Garden becomes that open air, around-the-corner concept where patrons can enjoy conversation, relaxed, sophisticated comfort and a unique culinary flare in an ambiance of Asian décor amidst lamps, china and foliage.
