Dakake. Developed with the freshest ingredients and prepared to perfection, each new dish captures N9NE’s traditional flavor and culinary style while adding a new element of creativity to the menu. Additions include decadent entrees like the braised Kobe Beef Short Rib with horseradish crust and curried root vegetables or the 48oz. prime rib eye Tomahawk steak for two, grilled and pepper crusted with roasted bone marrow, seasonal vegetables, baby Dutch potatoes and a red wine sauce. Seafood lovers can enjoy the 3 pound succulent Lobster Thermidor, boasting whole Maine lobster meat sautéed then placed back in the shell where it is topped with gruyere cheese sauce and toasted garlic bread crumbs and finished with shallots, white wine and fresh herbs.

Created by N9NE mixologists, signature cocktails include whiskey based libations like the Rock & Rye made with Hochstetler’s Slow & Low, served over an ice sphere in a sherry rinsed whiskey glass, or the Fig Infused Manhattan, a flavorful adaptation of the classic made with Wild Turkey rye, Cinzano vermouth, black walnut bitters and fresh figs. Guests can top off a delicious meal with N9NE’s dessert menu featuring whimsical treats like the Some More S’mores, a fun twist on Chef Barry’s famous s’mores featuring homemade strawberry, orange Grand Marnier and amaretto hazelnut flavored marshmallows with white and dark chocolate ganache-covered graham crackers served hibachi style over an open flame.
