Star Chicago Chef Thomas Lent, of Sixteen Restaurant in the Trump International Tower selected Testarossa’s 2012 Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands to pair with his signature dish. The event entitled Hunter-Gatherer: New Rules for Exemplary Dining is a farm to table dinner focusing on the rich bounty of the Monterey Peninsula.
