Torrei Hart Unveils New Skimpy Mixers FlavorTorrei Hart, multi-faceted businesswoman and star of VH1’s “Atlanta Exes,” is introducing her new low-calorie Cherry Limeade-flavored drink mixer at an official launch event on Tuesday, February 25th. The party begins at 7 p.m. EST at the Boogalou Restaurant Lounge in Atlanta.

“I’m a busy mother of two, actress, writer and producer. I like to relax with a cocktail every now and then, but I was really shocked when I learned how much sugar and calories are in most mixed drinks,” said Torrei. “Then I discovered Skimpy Mixers and couldn’t believe how delicious they were. But they didn’t have a Cherry Limeade flavor, which is my favorite, so we created it together.”

The former wife of superstar comedian Kevin Hart is currently filming the inaugural season of the VH1 show “Atlanta Exes,” which coincides with the rollout of her new mixer.

Torrei’s co-stars from “Atlanta Exes” – including Monyetta Shaw (ex-fiancé of NeYo), Tameka Raymond (ex-wife of Usher), Christina Johnson (ex-wife of CeeLo Greene) andSheree Buchanan (ex-wife of Ray Buchanan) – have also confirmed theirattendance at the launch party. Media Check-In is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday with Red Carpet Interviews running from 6:30 – 8 p.m. No media will be permitted inside the party.

Like other Skimpy Mixers, the new Cherry Limeade flavor is low in sugar and has just 20 calories per serving. The hot pink mixer incorporates Torrei’s likeness and signature on the distinctive zebra-print packaging and joins a line that includes five other popular flavors: Orange, Pineapple, Sweet ‘n Sour, Berry Lemonade and Skimpy Margarita.

“Torrei has been great to work with throughout the process of developing the Cherry Limeade mixer,” said Megan Toole, president & CEO of Dallas-based Skimpy Mixers. “We’re excited about kicking off our partnership with her next Tuesday and having Skimpy Mixers be featured in an episode of ‘Atlanta Exes.’”

Skimpy Mixers are sweetened with real fruit juice concentrate, which provides the robust flavor. The proprietary formula strikes a refreshing balance between low-calorie and watered-down taste. The result is a palate-pleasing mixer that’s virtually indistinguishable from the leading sugary mixers, at 15-40 calories per serving, depending on the flavor. Skimpy Mixers is available at many grocery and liquor stores, restaurants and bars, and more than 1,300 Walmart stores nationwide.
