Renowned Chef Teams Up with Grecian Delight to Offer On-Trend Mediterranean Foods

Grecian Delight and Cora will be at booth No. 6311 sampling the ethnic foods which include all-natural artisan flatbreads, premium hummus and Greek yogurt-based dips.

Attendees are invited to stop by the booth at the expo, which will be held March 7-9, 2014 at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif., to sample the products, meet Cora and enter to win her new cookbook, Classics with a Twist.

In addition to Cat Cora’s Kitchen products, Grecian Delight will be present at booth No. 6605 featuring Opaa! Brand Dips. The dips are Greek yogurt based – not mixed with mayo, cream cheese or sour cream – addressing the popularity of Greek yogurt and better-for-you products. With the flavored spreads category predicted by Mintel to grow 66 percent by 2016, the dips bring a Mediterranean flair to the segment with better-for-you ingredients.
