The Blind Pig Announces Renovations and Menu Relaunch

THE BLIND PIG ANNOUNCES RENOVATIONS AND MENU RELAUNCH

(LAS VEGAS) – The Blind Pig pub and restaurant has unveiled its renovations and its new menu and has reopened. Located on the street level of the Panorama Towers on Industrial Road overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, since the beginning of the year, the restaurant has made several changes by increasing its dining space, adding television monitors for sports and other shows, adding an outdoor patio service, hiring a new executive chef and expanding its menu.

“We have completely changed the entire guest experience at The Blind Pig,” said Tom Dantonio, chef and manager of The Blind Pig. “The atmosphere is more energetic and the menu offers a hearty combination of traditional pub fare and classic Italian dishes.”

Normal operating hours for The Blind Pig begin are from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. with the bar staying open through early morning.

“The response to the changes and the menu has been very enthusiastic,” said Dantonio. “Guests are really enjoying not only the menu items but the overall energy of the room as well.”
