The Mounted Cat at Hilton Burlington Partners with Trapp Lager Brewery to Create the “Purrfect” Signature Bohemian Pilsner 

The all-new Mounted Cat at Hilton Burlington debuts its new Mounted Cat Lager, a craft beer brewed exclusively for the recently-redesigned waterfront hotel in Vermont. Created by Vermont’s own Trapp Lager Brewery’s Brewmaster JP Williams, Mounted Cat Lager, a Bohemian Pilsner, will be available exclusively at Mounted Cat beginning Tuesday, May 6.

Mounted Cat Lager will appeal to all the senses of pilsner aficionados as well as hops enthusiasts, offering a sophisticated and flavorful beverage option. Its smooth and crisp body is comprised of Bohemian Malted Pilsner Malt and Munich Malt, accented with Saaz and Perle hops, resulting in a light golden color, balanced peppery bitterness, sweet and caramel finish and spicy floral aroma. A 30-day cold storage brewing process was used to produce the brew, which developed a smooth finish for the complex lager.

Williams added, “Mounted Cat Lager is the hoppiest beer we’ve ever created. This partnership with Hilton Burlington is special because it has allowed us to expand our popular beer selection to include a unique Bohemian-style pilsner, which we feel Vermont locals are really going to enjoy.”

Hilton Burlington’s Mounted Cat Lager exclusive brew will be regularly available on tap at Mounted Cat. The recently-opened Mounted Cat restaurant and lounge features farm-fresh eclectic modern American cuisine and offers small plates, shared bites and entrées.
