Anna’s Kitchen Shrub launched in 2018. The owner and founder, Anna Scott, has her own take on a historic vinegar-based drink that is fresh, healthy and appeals to cocktail enthusiasts and the sober-curious alike. Before refrigeration, colonials stored fruit in barrels of vinegar that acted as a natural preservative. The two would combine to produce a dynamic fruit flavored vinegar that was mixed with spirits. What was then deemed a shrub was believed to increase energy, improve tolerance to hot weather and improve digestion. Today, Anna is on a mission to make the old new again. All five flavors are 100% organic and made with raw apple cider vinegar. Certified Women Owned.
