FOH /Q&A Chef Brandt Gould

Brandt Gould,  co-owner and chef, brings more than twenty-five years of restaurant experience in both culinary and management roles to ATLAS.Brandt was the founder, designer and operator of Cambridge Street Victuals, an urban-themed bar and grill on Nantucket. Over the years he has had the benefit of knowing and working with celebrated chefs from Boston, New York and California . An artist at heart, Brandt’s experience outside of restaurants has been as a sculptor and painter.
