With the announcement of its new Executive Chef Franck Ferigutti just this week, L’Apogee Courchevel will provide its elite guests with not only private access to the slopes, but superb dining during their stay. Ferigutti will lead the culinary ensemble of the hotel’s signature restaurant, Le Comptoir de L’Apogée as well as the property’s two lounges and in-room dining.

Two fabulous staircases frame the dramatic main restaurant, Le Comptoir de L’Apogée Courchevel, a scene dominated by a wall of windows overlooking the pristine ski slopes. The signature restaurant features a dramatic ham cellar centerpiece and a grand terrace to allow guests an ethereal view of the snow-covered valley. Additionally on-site is a caviar bar offering premium products.

Considered one of “the” places to ski and be seen, L’Apogee houses a stylish Champagne Lounge, which will offer the finest champagnes in the world as well as a resident lunch menu with ‘gourmet’ snacks.

With Head Barman Akram Rechidov at the helm, the property’s Le Bar de L’Apogée welcomes guests with a trendy vibe with DJs and sensational cocktails.

The hotel, located at the foot of the ski slopes, offers private access to the slopes and will function as a ski-in ski-out resort. The hotel is comprised of 33 suites, 20 double rooms and a spectacular penthouse with Jacuzzi and terrace. Located next to L’Apogée is a private, exclusive chalet with five bedrooms, a spa and its own home cinema. Ferigutti will lead the culinary ensemble of the hotel’s signature restaurant, Le Comptoir de L’Apogée as well as the property’s two lounges and in-room dining. Encompassing 30 years of culinary experience, Ferigutti worked alongside internationally renowned chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Vineet Bhatia and has been recognized Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2000. Prior to joining Oetker Collection, Ferigutti was Executive Chef at Domaine de Terre Blanche in the South of France, where he led the culinary team of seven restaurants and lounges.
