As part of a strategic partnership between JW Marriott The Resort At Summerlin, Rampart Casino, and Fabio Viviani Hospitality, ai Pazzi blends classic Italian flavors with Viviani’s inventive style to create a refined yet welcoming dining experience.

Located in the recently renovated resort lobby, ai Pazzi features elegant Tuscan accents, intimate lighting, and an open kitchen that invites guests into Viviani’s culinary world.
