In this pivotal leadership role, Chef Agnese will oversee Atlantis’ extensive culinary portfolio—comprising more than 40 restaurants, bars, and lounges—and lead the evolution of the resort’s celebrated dining program. His responsibilities include guiding the resort’s impressive lineup of Michelin-starred chef concepts, including Fish by José Andrés, Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, and Paranza by Michael White, as well as FIELDTRIP by James Beard Award-winning chef JJ Johnson and a range of beloved Bahamian-led establishments.

Born in France, Chef Philippe Agnese brings over 40 years of culinary expertise and more than 25 years in international leadership roles spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has helmed culinary operations at some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and resorts, including:
