JOYN Foods and Bareburger are launching the new "50CUT Burger," a blended burger made of high-quality beef and a high-fiber Roasted Mushroom Blend, debuting across all Bareburger locations beginning June 15. The rollout makes Bareburger the first U.S. chain to launch a blended burger across all of its New York Tri-State locations, and marks 50CUT's national restaurant debut.

The Powered by 50CUT burger blends premium beef with high-protein roasted mushrooms to create a juicy, savory burger built for health-conscious eaters without compromising flavor. Already approved for use in K-12 school nutrition programs nationwide, 50CUT is now bringing its blended protein approach to the mainstream restaurant market.

The ingredient has already been proven in K-12 schools, sports stadiums, hotels, and corporate dining, with 95% operator retention across more than 100 locations. The launch reflects a growing shift in how consumers think about protein — less about restriction, more about balance.
