Chef Jonathan Lamour was born in Haiti and worked his way up from a dishwasher to a line cook.
He learned how to cook while not having much, so he would take whatever was available and put it together as a meal.
When he worked as a dishwasher he would help close the line cooks stations, when they took their breaks, and got to know the inner-workings of a professional kitchen. Eventually, he was offered a chance to work the salad station, which led to an opportunity to work the line.
Chef Jonathan has worked in various restaurants and hotels to refine his skills, and as a teacher and a student he is determined to inspire others while expressing his passion for bold flavors and perfecting his craft.
