Crown Block Partners With JSX for Summer Flights Series in Dallas

Two Dallas tastemakers have formalized the connection between luxury dining and premium travel. Crown Block, the rooftop restaurant perched atop the iconic Reunion Tower, has partnered with JSX, the semi-private, terminal-free airline redefining regional air travel, to present the first-ever, limited-time Summer Flights Series.

Throughout the summer, Crown Block is offering curated food and beverage flight pairings that rotate each month, giving guests a new tasting experience alongside panoramic views of the Dallas skyline. With every food and beverage flight purchased, guests receive a voucher for $100 off their first JSX flight. The partnership reflects the growing demand for experience-driven luxury, appealing to consumers who prioritize convenience and seamless service across both travel and dining.

A Monthly Rotation

The food and beverage offerings rotate monthly, with July's featured menu showcasing Sake & Sushi pairings created by Crown Block's Executive Sushi Chef Kesao Otake.

The Sake & Sushi pairings include:

• Tuna Tartare with sesame ginger sauce, paired with Kizakura Stars Pure Sparkling Sake
• Salmon & Yellowtail Nigiri Duo — yellowtail nigiri with lemon ponzu, Thai chili, micro cilantro, and salmon nigiri seared with yuzu miso, lemon juice and sea salt, paired with Hiro Blue Junmai Ginjo
• Rock Shrimp Handroll with spicy mayo, paired with Tozai "Snow Maiden" Junmai Nigori
