Rock N’ Roll Sushi will be bringing its fresh take on American-Japanese fusion “higher” up the map when the brand debuts its first location in Michigan. This “epic” opening is planned for the second quarter of 2025 and the Dearborn location will set the stage for Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s unique dining experience, being the first and only in the entire state. With an experienced hospitality franchise owner like Hicham Bazzi, more should be expected to pop up sooner rather than later. 

Bazzi, along with his partner Silvia Maruncic, is a successful multi-unit owner of Tropical Smoothie Café franchises. Their extensive experience and proven track record in the Michigan market make them the ideal franchisees to bring Rock N Roll Sushi’s innovative concept to life in Dearborn. This partnership between the brand and the new franchisees holds a special place in CEO Craig LeMieux’s heart. Not only is Michigan LeMieux’s home state but he also developed over 130 Tropical Smoothie Cafés in the state before joining Rock N’ Roll Sushi.

The Dearborn location will offer a variety of signature sushi rolls, hibachi, and inventive appetizers, all served with a side of rock ‘n’ roll flair. From the moment guests step in, they’ll be immersed in a one-of-a-kind dining experience that combines the best of sushi and rock culture.

The rock ‘n’ roll-themed sushi concept, where guests can order items like “VIP Roll” and “The Punk Rock Roll” currently has 72 locations brandwide.
