Summer is the season of the long pour, the backyard toast and the poolside refresher — and for the June 2026 issue, the editors of Food & Beverage Magazine tasted their way through a spirited lineup to find the bottles and cans worth reaching for.
The wine list alone spans the globe: Somnium’s Napa Cabernet and its Danica Rosé, Black Star Farms’ Michigan Pinot Noir, Gershon Bachus Vintners’ Erato Cabernet Franc, Pinino’s Brunello di Montalcino, Puerta del Abra’s Albariño, Nangkita’s South Australian Cabernet, Wilson Creek’s Almond Sparkling and SOTO Junmai Ginjo sake.
The spirits run just as deep — West End Gin (and its Rose Ann Edition), La Sirena Reposado, Sweetens Cove’s Father’s Finish bourbon, Rabbit Hole’s Dareringer, Crystal Head’s Onyx vodka and Skrewball whiskey — while the ready-to-drink and low/no set brings Mimosa Royale’s six mimosas, SpikedAde, Gigli, Mingle Mocktails, Dr Zero Zero’s AperZero and ANGOSTURA’s Spicy Honey Syrup.
