With patio season on the horizon, the editors of Food & Beverage Magazine tasted their way through a deep, spirited lineup for May 2026 — the wines, spirits, canned cocktails, foods and tools built for the months ahead. It’s our biggest collection of the year, and a genuine preview of the summer table.
The spirits shelf is stacked: Tequila Corralejo (Reposado and Silver), Perro Verde Mezcal, Highclere Castle Gin’s Peach Rose, Beverly Spirits’ Beverly High Rye, Hera The Dog Vodka and Jaan’s Paan Liqueur and Canadian whisky.
For wine, beer and ready-to-drink, look to Entourage Rosé, Alexandrie Cellars’ Brut and Brut Rosé, Fable Libations’ Night Flight, Gardenista’s tequila cocktail and Taj Mahal premium lager — while the zero-proof set brings Wonder’s cold-pressed juices, Apple Sidra, GLAMTI sparkling tea and 1934’s “Exceptional” Bloody Mary mix.
In the kitchen and on the menu, the range spans Pre Brands sirloin, Manischewitz knishes and kosher hot dogs, The Gyro Project, Top Grass Cattle Co ravioli, The Little Potato Company, LaClare Creamery goat cheese and Better Than Bouillon — alongside pantry standouts from Bono (Castelvetrano olives), Bella Sun Luci, Ronda’s Fine Foods, BRIANNAS, TABASCO, Craize, Joyfull Bakery, Hail Merry, Man Crates, Amoy and C&H Sugar’s America250 packets, plus fresh coffee from Coffee By Design and Nice Coffee Roasters.
And for the operators, the month closes with the tools of the trade: Shun Cutlery’s Shiranami chef’s knife, the Bartesian cocktail maker, AUTEC’s maki maker, Instafarm, Pull Start Fire, NaOClean, WoodForChef boards and culinary education from The Butter Book.
