I grew up in NW Indiana just outside of Chicago. A graduate of Purdue University and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Over 15 years of experience in the industry, started as a busboy and worked my way up through the ranks. Worked in a variety of different types of restaurants including Italian, Greek, BBQ, Cajun/Creole, Pizza, Butcher Shop.
