F&B  – What is yoru favorite savory dish?

Chef Daniel Skurnick – It’s hard to come up with a single favorite savory dish. After working all day with sugar and chocolate. I definitely have an affinity for something salty and savory. The dish would have to be something flavorfu, bright and even a little funky in flavor.
