JA – Pan seared lamb chops with mushroom risotto.

JA – Ice cream – especially home made.

JA – I draw inspiration from the ingredients i work with – chocolate and sugar. I enjoy the technical aspects of these ingredients as well as the exploration of creativity they provide

JA – The most rewarding thing about my profession is being able to make people happy.
