Ocean Prime Las Vegas proudly announces the promotion of Eugenio Reyes, current Ocean Prime Executive Chef, to a Corporate Culinary position with parent company Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group. Therefore, providing an opportunity for the promotion of Gino Rappa to Executive Chef of Ocean Prime Las Vegas. Born and raised in Covina, California, Rappa grew up in a culinary family, learning the art of cooking from his father. With more than two decades of experience on the Las Vegas Strip, Rappa joined Ocean Prime in 2023 as Executive Sous Chef before being named Executive Chef in July 2025. Known for his passion for steak cookery and creative approach to seafood, Rappa brings a distinctive blend of artistry, flavor, and hospitality to every dish.

New Summer Everyday Happy Hour – 50% Off Lounge Menu

All summer long, guests can enjoy daily Happy Hour daily from 3:00–6:00 p.m. in the lounge, with 50% off lounge menu items and specialty cocktails.
