Chef Robbie Felice’s Culinary Journey
Las Vegas native Robbie Felice trained at the Culinary Institute of America, sharpened his skills at Babbo NYC, and staged at multiple two-Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe and the U.S. After opening four New Jersey restaurants—including Viaggio and Osteria Crescendo—he launched pastaRAMEN as an invite-only omakase. From SoHo salons to Seattle glass studios, each pop-up has wowed diners in New York, the Hamptons, Miami, and Los Angeles. Now, his boundary-pushing Japanese-Italian fusion returns home to Vegas.
