Cut in butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined.For the filling: In a separate bowl, combine berries, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
