Miami-based Riviera Dining Group (RDG) is bringing its flagship concepts to the French Riviera this July with two exclusive, back-to-back takeovers staged alongside France's David Barokas Group (DB Group). CASA NEOS arrives at Shellona St-Tropez on July 14, 2026, followed by MILA Lounge taking over Klub Cannes on July 15, 2026.
The activations continue an ongoing exchange between two of the world's most iconic luxury destinations, pairing RDG's Miami hospitality with two flagship DB Group venues on the Côte d'Azur — Shellona St-Tropez and Klub Cannes. The partnerships follow Shellona St-Tropez's previous U.S. residencies at CASA NEOS, which RDG says the new takeovers reinforce.
RDG has grown into one of North America's fastest-growing luxury hospitality brands, with concepts including MILA Miami, CASA NEOS, CLAUDIE and AVA. DB Group, one of France's leading hospitality companies, operates venues in Paris, Cannes, St-Tropez and Saint-Barthélemy. Both companies frame the collaboration as a response to a broader shift in luxury hospitality, in which globally recognized brands increasingly work across borders to celebrate shared cultural experiences.
CASA NEOS x Shellona St-Tropez
The collaboration begins July 14, with CASA NEOS taking over Shellona St-Tropez to reimagine its signature Sunset Rituals experience on the beaches of Southern France. From 3 p.m., Shellona opens its doors for its signature weekend daytime party experience, paired with the venue's lively energy, as guest DJ Adriatique performs from sunset into the night.
MILA Lounge x Klub Cannes
The celebration continues July 15, as MILA Lounge arrives in Cannes for an exclusive collaboration with Klub Cannes, introducing MILA's "MediterrAsian" concept to one of the Riviera's most sought-after nightlife destinations. From 12 a.m., Klub Cannes welcomes DJ WhoMadeWho for a night of performances, high energy and summer celebration.
The company positions the takeovers as more than one-off events, describing them as an expression of RDG's growing international presence and of how luxury hospitality is increasingly shaped through creative partnerships and cultural exchange.
"These collaborations reflect the natural dialogue between two places that share the same appreciation for beauty, celebration, Mediterranean living, and exceptional guest experience," said Gregory Galy, founder of Riviera Dining Group. "After welcoming Shellona to Miami, bringing CASA NEOS and MILA to the French Riviera felt like the next chapter of that story, one that continues to connect two international hospitality communities through unforgettable experiences."
About the venues
Set along the Miami River and downtown skyline, CASA NEOS is a 30,000-square-foot day-to-night destination inspired by Mediterranean summers, comprising four settings: CASA NEOS Beach Club, CASA NEOS Restaurant, CASA NEOS Lounge and the members-only CASA NEOS MM Rooftop.

Its footprint includes the private members-only MILA MM, the 10-seat MILA Omakase, and MILA Lounge, a multi-sensory nightlife space.
Founded by Gregory Galy, RDG launched MILA in Miami in 2020 with Marine Galy and has since expanded across restaurants, nightlife, membership, special events, culinary experiences and lifestyle programming, with a long-term vision of building globally recognized hospitality brands.
Located on Pampelonne Beach in Saint-Tropez, Shellona is a beachfront restaurant inspired by the flavors and traditions of Greece, pairing seasonal cuisine with sea views and DJs.
