The Dalmar, a first-of-its-kind hotel in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, has announced some new and enticing offerings for the upcoming summer season.
The hotel’s signature restaurant, The Terrace Grill, proudly introduces a reimagined menu that marries the timeless appeal of a classic American grill with vibrant Mediterranean influences, offering a fresh and flavorful dining experience.Guests can start with new raw bar offerings like a Tuna Carpaccio Crisp or perfectly snackable appetizers like the Black Truffle Arancini. Those looking for a light meal can indulge in fresh salads like the Artichoke Carpaccio featuring arugula, pecorino, and fava bean, topped with lemon vinaigrette.
Meat and seafood lovers are in for a treat with dishes including the DemKota Ranch Bone-in Prime Strip Loin, Australian Lamb Chop or the local Florida Yellowtail Snapper. All grilled entrees are served with a choice of carefully crafted sauces like Port Wine Ju, Au Poivre, Lemon Beurre Blanc or Gremolata. The Terrace Grill will continue to offer house specialty favorites with a twist, including the Crab Cake with a green apple and celery slaw and the Risotto Frutti Di Mare with shrimp, calamari, clam, mussel in a creamy lobster bisque. Side dishes including Brussels Sprouts and Ratatouille Provencal are available to pair with any meal as well. Along with delectable new flavors, diners can also now enjoy live music now offered on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Also kicking off at The Dalmar this month, guests can enjoy a behind-the-bar learning experience with Sparrow Rooftop’s Mixologist at the “Meet Your Mixologist” event, Thursdays through Saturdays from 5 to 5:30 p.m. and indulge in a sweet treat with complimentary Gelato offered daily at the Lobby Bar from 3-3:30 p.m. The hotel also enjoys an exclusive partnership with the NSU Art Museum, offering guests complimentary access to experience the museum’s latest exhibitions.
