A culinary talent with international experience and deep cultural roots, James Bailey brings a rich background that blends his Guamanian heritage and fine dining pedigree into a bold new direction for Majordomo.
James Bailey Brings Global Influence and Proven Leadership
Born in Guam and raised in San Diego and Las Vegas, Chef Bailey’s unique perspective is shaped by both island traditions and contemporary global cuisine. He most recently served as Executive Chef of Momofuku Las Vegas, where he earned the restaurant a coveted spot in the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Top 100 Restaurants.
