Wieze, Belgium – 25 September 2015 – Barry Callebaut’s IBC brand, specialized in color and printing technology for food applications, will present a revolutionary online tool during the Broodway trade fair. The online tool named ‘Color Concentration Control’ (CCC) is an easy to use calculation support for food additives and is completely free. It serves as the ideal guide to make informed choices on the composition of the application. No need for formulas, only creativity remains.

No more need for formulas
Color Concentration Control is a revolutionary online tool that guides chefs to make informed choices on the composition of their macaroons applications. CCC permits chefs around the world to easily calculate the concentration in their macaroons without having to deal with the hassle of using formulas. By using the tool, chefs can fully focus on their creativity while still complying to EU regulation.

Power Flower(TM) color palette
The Color Concentration Control completes the Power Flower(TM) palette. The Power Flowers(TM) assortment is solely made from tempered cocoa butter and 40% coloring agents and is available in the three primary colors (red, yellow and blue) and white. By simply combining the different Power Flowers(TM), chefs can create the exact color they desire, time after time. With the new online tool, IBC makes the use of the palette even simpler for chefs.

IBC will launch the Color Concentration Tool during the Broodway tradeshow in Kortrijk, taking place from September 27 till September 30th.
