BERMUDA TOURISM AUTHORITY PRESENTS RESTAURANT WEEKS

Get ready for a delectable culinary adventure as the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) proudly announces the return of Restaurant Weeks, a six-week celebration of extraordinary dining experiences running from Jan. 18 to Feb. 29, 2024.

 

During this year’s Restaurant Weeks, Charlie Mitchell, Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Clover Hill in Brooklyn and the first Black chef in New York City to earn a Michelin Star, will host an exclusive dining experience at The Loren at Pink Beach on Feb. 28, 2024. Also joining the lineup is Master Mixologist and Drink Master (Netflix) Guest Judge, Tiffanie Barriere, who will create celebration-themed cocktails paired with local ingredients at popular restaurant The Cloud on Jan. 26, 2024.

 

In addition to these special events, during these six weeks over 45 restaurants offer two-course lunches and three-course dinners, with prices ranging from $25 to $59. Guests can dine in or enjoy take-out options, providing the flexibility to choose the right dining experience.

The two anchor events include:

 

Culinary Artistry in Paradise: An Evening with Michelin Star Chef Charlie Mitchell on Feb. 28, 2024, at The Loren at Pink Beach. The dinner will be a four-course fusion feast that blends Bermuda’s flavors with his expert touch. Live local entertainment will enhance the experience, and carefully selected cocktail and wine pairings will elevate the dining journey.

Celebrate in the Cloud with Master Mixologist Tiffanie Barriere, featuring modern cocktails and Bermuda’s signature spirit. On Jan. 26, 2024, Master Mixologist Tiffanie Barriere crafts signature Bermuda cocktails inspired by the island’s rich culture and local ingredients. Be immersed in a world of taste and innovation by sipping these exceptional drinks, accompanied by Tiffanie’s mixology expertise and insights into Bermuda’s drink traditions.

New for this year’s Restaurant Weeks, is live entertainment at select participating locations in the east, central and west of the island throughout the six weeks. Willowbank Resort, Pickled Onion, and St. Regis Bermuda will kick off this new addition with live performances on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024.
