Big Flavors, Bold Innovations: Campbell’s Foodservice Showcases Culinary Reserve, Cape Cod & Kettle Brand Chips, Goldfish, and Barista Series at NRA 2025

Campbell’s Foodservice will be at the 2025 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show, taking place May 17-20. The brand will showcase a highly immersive booth at Lakeside Center (#13325), designed to highlight bold flavors, forward-thinking innovations, and cutting-edge technology that reinforce its leadership in foodservice.

Attendees can sample a lineup of flavorful snacks from Cape Cod®, Kettle Brand®, and Goldfish®, sip espresso with plant-based beverages from the Pacific Foods® Barista SeriesTM, interact with digital engagement stations such as an AI-powered recipe builder, and experience chef-led tastings at the culinary station, where new Campbell’s® Culinary Reserve soups and innovative menu applications take center stage.

New Soup Innovations

Campbell’s Foodservice will unveil three new Campbell’s® Culinary Reserve frozen soup flavors, each crafted to deliver exceptional taste and ease of preparation:

  • Caribbean-Style Jerk Chicken Soup – A globally inspired soup packed with bold jerk seasoning, pulled white meat chicken, kidney beans, sweet potatoes, and bell peppers for a vibrant, island-inspired taste.
  • French Onion Soup – Slow-simmered onions in a rich, savory beef stock with a touch of sherry wine, butter, and a blend of herbs and spices for a warm, indulgent experience.
  • Chicken and Dumpling Soup – A nostalgic favorite featuring tender chicken, spaetzle dumplings, and diced vegetables in a flavorful broth.

Making their NRA debut, the Campbell’s® Culinary Reserve lineup features globally inspired, chef-crafted soups, offering operators a one-stop solution with 4-pound frozen pouches (ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook) of condensed soup:

  • Cuban-Style Black Bean – A hearty and flavorful soup made with black beans, green bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and warming spices.
  • Mexican Street Corn – A vibrant take on this crowd-pleasing favorite with fire-roasted corn, creamy cotija-style cheese flavor, and bold seasoning.
  • Italian-Style Wedding – A savory classic featuring mini beef meatballs, spinach, and pasta pearls in a rich chicken broth.
  • Spicy Harissa White Bean – A bold, globally inspired option with white beans, harissa spices, chickpeas, and roasted red peppers.

Expanding the Pacific Foods Barista Series

Campbell’s Foodservice is also unveiling the latest addition to the Pacific Foods Barista Series varieties:

  • Pistachio Barista Series – This smooth, velvety milk has just the right amount of pistachio flavor to complement all coffee in both hot and cold applications.
