NEW YORK, NY (May 26, 2015) —Brockmans Gin, a super premium, new-style gin, is targeting cocktail menus throughout the northeast with a refreshing array of seasonal drink recipes. After a cold and snowy winter in the brand’s five markets—CT, MA, NJ, NY, and RI— Brockmans Gin is ready to showcase its unique botanical recipe in summer concoctions.

  1. 2 oz Brockmans Gin
  2. ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  3. Fresh Squeeze Lemon Juice
  4. ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  5. Muddled Strawberries
  6. Topped off with Club Soda


Muddle Strawberries and combine Brockmans Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Muddled Strawberries into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top with Club Soda. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon twist.

  2. 1 oz Rhubarb Syrup
  3. ½ oz Lemon Juice
  4. 3 oz Club Soda

Shake and Strain over fresh ice. Top with club soda.

  2. 1 part Elderflower Liqueur
  3. ½ part fresh lemon
  4. ½ part simple syrup
  5. 1 part muddled strawberry
  6. Top with Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

Shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with Brut Rosé or Brut Champagne. Garnish with strawberry.
