National Meatball Day (Saturday, March 9)

Created by Piero’s Wine Director, Pat Rost, who has been an integral part of the iconic restaurant’s team for nearly 40 years, her signature meatballs are made with whipped ricotta, rich gravy and fresh basil, priced at $22.
  • AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shopoffers their signature meatballs topped off with parmigiano and tomato sauce, priced at $10, available during happy hour daily from 3 to 5:30 p.m. AMARI also serves their take on classic spaghetti and meatballs featuring chilis, tomato sauce and basil, priced at $26, available as a dinner entrée.
  • La Cave Wine and Food Hideawaylocated at Wynn Las Vegas, serves baked meatballs with creamy polenta, basil and house-made marinara, priced at $16.
  • Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch, features meatballs made with beef and pork served in a san marzano tomato sauce and topped with shaved parmesan cheese, priced at $18.

 

National Ravioli Day (Wednesday, March 20)

  • La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway’s menu features crab ravioli made with ricotta, arugula and lemon butter, priced at $24.
  • AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop’s pasta offerings include lobster ravioli filled with ricotta, shellfish brodo, fresh lemon and opal basil, priced at $38; and truffle ravioli filled with mushroom, fontina D.O.P., truffle, gouda, walnuts, parmigiana and served in a brown butter sauce, priced at $32.
  • Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca serves their signature homemade lobster ravioli filled with basil lemon ricotta and lobster, herb roasted tomatoes and topped with a lobster cream sauce, priced at $34.
