The night commenced with a momentous presentation as Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom, Hector Lizaola with Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, Mini Happawana with Senator Jacky Rosen, Gipsy Martinez-Alcocer with Congresswoman Dina Titus, and Art Goldberg with the Vegas Chamber bestowed the esteemed proclamation and Key to the Las Vegas Strip upon Emmitt Smith, the renowned Pro Football Hall of Famer and visionary behind Emmitt’s Vegas. Following this prestigious ceremony, the champagne flowed as Emmitt Smith performed a captivating “ribbon cutting” with a champagne saber, officially inaugurating the culinary hotspot.
