Award-winning restaurateur Ashok Bajaj announces that Knightsbridge Restaurant Group’s beloved Indian street food concept Bindaas, led by James Beard Award-winning Group Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, will highlight regional Indian menus this fall.
From September 1 through December 2025, Monday through Saturday evenings, guests can enjoy a three-course fixed-price dinner for $45 per person (exclusive of tax and service charge). Each month celebrates a different region of India with authentic dishes and desserts.
September – North India Flavors
- Amuse: Golgappa / Bhel

- Paneer Khurchan Tokri – Cottage cheese, peppers, chaat masala, potato basket
