Fairmont Mayakoba is enhancing its dining experience through a new partnership with world-renowned chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval. Through a phased approach, each of our four restaurants – Lobby Lounge, El Puerto, Brisas and La Laguna – will be redesigned, ushering in a new culinary era.
The re-imagined restaurants will offer a completely new dining experience: from curated menus featuring modern Mexican, Latin and coastal concepts, to the actual design and styling of the spaces, guests will enjoy fresh and eclectic dining in a world-class resort setting.
Through a phased approach, each of the resort’s four F&B outlets will be completely renovated ushering in a new culinary era at the award winning Riviera Maya resort.
