  • Fallen10.5 oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
  • 4 oz Vandermill Hard Cider
  • 0.25 oz Brown Sugar
  • 1 dash Walnut Bitters
  • Combine ingredients in a mixing tin that is sitting in hot water. Stir slightly until warm, then pour into a snifter and garnish with fresh grated cinnamon

Born and raised in the Midwest, Mengoni went to college in Lansing, MI and moved to Chicago to become a professional actor. When she arrived in the Windy City, Mengoni was supporting herself as a bartender, a job she loved when she lived in Michigan. Her passion developed into a professional career when she was introduced to industry luminary, Mike Ryan, of sister Kimpton restaurant, Sable Kitchen & Bar. As bartender at South Water Kitchen, Sarah has established in-depth knowledge of complex cocktails and mastered high volume service. Her cocktails have been featured in Food & Wine, TravelChannel.com and SeriousEats.com. Mengoni is a member of the US Bartenders Guild as well as the Court of Master Sommeliers.
