With more than 20 years of international hospitality experience across nine countries, Das brings global expertise, leadership excellence, and a personal connection to Punta Mita — where his Four Seasons journey began nearly two decades ago.

Culinary Leadership at Four Seasons Punta Mita
In his new role, Das will oversee all food and beverage operations across the resort. His responsibilities will include:
- Managing Aramara – a reimagined Pan-Asian restaurant.
- Leading Dos Catrinas – a vibrant Mexican dining experience with a modern twist.
- Overseeing Bahía by Chef Richard Sandoval – a beachfront grill serving fresh seafood.
- Curating menus at MEZ Bar – known for one of the largest collections of Mexican spirits in Riviera Nayarit.
His mission is to deliver unforgettable culinary journeys that blend relaxed luxury with the cultural richness of Riviera Nayarit.
Global Hospitality Experience
Das brings a strong background in food and beverage operations. Most recently, he served as Director of Food and Beverage for The Hari and Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong, where he earned recognition from:
- Tatler Dining
- South China Morning Post
- IHG Hotels
Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles with:
- The Langham Hong Kong
- MGM Cotai in Macau
- Pan Pacific Singapore
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with world-renowned chefs including Mauro Colagreco and Mitsuharu Tsumura.
A Full-Circle Journey
Das began his Four Seasons career at Punta Mita in 2004 as Executive Sous Chef and later advanced to Executive Chef positions in the Maldives, Seychelles, and Jakarta.
His return to Mexico is not only a professional milestone but also a personal one, as Punta Mita is where he met his wife, Vanessa.
